We have modern and efficient facilities capable of satisfying a wide range of needs

WAREHOUSE

1,200 m2 of facilities dedicated only to logistics functions: reception of merchandise, supervision, identification, protection, packaging and shipments.

12m height warehosue with 8T bridge crane, forklifts and other means of manipulation, shelves, means for the manufacture of packaging and capacity of loading and unloading trucks and containers.

It includes 400 m2 of offices, among which are those of management, administration, purchasing and warehouse management.

MANUFACTURING WORKSHOP

1.800 m2 facilities, with the latest generation CNC machinery:

CNC lathes with capacities up to Ø 2,000 turning and lengths up to 4,500 mm
Turning plus milling CNC center, Ø 1,020 x 3,100 mm
CNC millers up to 1,500 x 6,000 mm
Other machines (gear shapers, threading machines, drills, saws, etc.)
2 bridge cranes 5T, forklifts and other lifting equipment
Welding facilities for carbon and special steels, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.

MACHINING CENTRE BUILDING

500 m2 building, equipped with 8T bridge crane, destined to the location of lastest generation machining centres

Capacity up to 4.000 (X) 1.500 (Y) 1.600/2.000 (Z), with 3+2 axis, automatic tool loader and thousandsimal positioner.

MAINTENANCE WAREHOUSE

350 m2 BUILDING, equipped with two bridge cranes of 2,000 kg and 500 kg, destined to works of machinery assembly, repairing and testing. With auxiliary machining machinery, grinding machine, lapping machine (to repair mechanical seals), balancing machine for rotors up to Ø 2,500 x 8,000 mm and 3,500 kg, laser alignment equipment, ultrasonic measuring, vibration analysis and other measuring and analysis equipment.

AUXILIARY WAREHOUSE

Auxiliary warehouse of 350m2, intended for mixed use as warehouse or assembly area, to cover specific needs of excess demand in any of the above.
